Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Caracoteen shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

In the event of a damaged or lost parcel, the customer must contact Caracoteen within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date at contact@caracoteen.com.
