Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Delivery charges are indicated separately and added to the total amount of the order at the order summary stage before validation.

Caracoteen reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products shall be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Orders

An order is validated after:

–      Selection of the products and addition to the shopping cart

–      Entry of delivery information

–      Selection of the payment method and confirmation of payment

An order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer. Caracoteen reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock issue or suspected fraud.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Accepted payment methods are those offered during the checkout process on the website (bank card, etc.), secured through the Shopify Payments platform.

Caracoteen does not store banking data. All transactions are processed via a secure payment service provider.
